Already have another vending service?

Yea, we know…

We know that we are the new kid on the block and people don’t really like change. We also understand it may be uncomfortable to switch companies, but there are some advantages for switching to a small local business rather than staying with a larger one.

LOWER PRICING

First of all, we are more flexible with our pricing. In order to compete in today’s economy, we are currently providing lower prices than our competitors. If you see $2.25 or more for a regular candy bar, that means our competitors are either “overcharging” their customers to make a larger profit margin or they are increasing their prices to pay for their commissions to you. You could say that increased pricing directly reduces the whole purpose and enjoyment of having snacks and drinks available at your location. The more they charge, the less people buy. The less people buy, the less they have to pay labor to fill the machines. This is just the system working to squeeze every dollar out of every machine. All of this reduces the need or want for vending machines for convenient food and snacks.

We, on the other hand, don’t agree with this practice. We probably don’t even get as big of a bulk discount as larger companies do, but we are willing and able to charge less. Only with your help, can we make vending at your location more affordable to everyone. Lower prices for the same stuff makes everyone happier. Do you want people at your location to be happier?

NO “No Contract” CONTRACTS

We know newer companies have to work harder and smarter than the larger ones that have a foothold on the market. We’re not afraid to work extra hard to compete with other companies that require locations sign “no competition” contracts. In our opinion, “no competition” contracts are un-American. The whole purpose of a free-market is for companies to compete in order to keep prices fair and affordable for everyone involved. By putting in a no-compete clause, they are effectively creating a temporary monopoly that prevents anyone coming in and forcing them to fight for their location. Competition increases innovation and drives prices down. They are taking advantage of the person in charge at the location, because they know they’re too busy to “shop around” for a better alternative. Since you’re reading this, you are different - you actually care about your responsibility to provide more than the status-quo vending service.

Mark your calendar now for 2 months before your contract’s anniversary is. Also, click that “contact us” button to let us know you’re in charge of your location’s vending services decisions. We need at least 2 months to prepare a new location. Until then, we can talk about what a transition to lower pricing would look like.

COMMISSIONS

Yes, it is normal for commission fees to be passed on to the end-user. Having a commission in place increases your location’s prices. Let’s say they charge $2.00 for a normal candy bar and you get 10% commission. They now charge $2.25 to cover the cost of your commission.

With us, commissions are optional. We don’t recommend it, but it really depends on what you’re intention or philosophy is. If you think having snacks on-site is not enough and you should be reimbursed for the power that goes into the machines, then so be it. We will still keep our prices below average and pay out the commission. If you want the prices to be the lowest possible in your location’s machines, then not having a commission in place would be the way to go and the prices in the machines will be reduced. It’s completely up to you.

OUR AGREEMENT

No one likes to get locked in on yearly contracts. We don’t do contracts - we do agreements. It basically goes like this:

If, at any time, you don’t want the machine anymore, we’ll pick it up within 30 days. In return, if the machine is underperforming at your location, then we reserve the right to remove it. Simple - if you don’t want it or if no one uses the machine, it will be gone. No more yearly contracts that auto-renew. No more “non-compete” clauses. Simple.
